Park Rotana Abu Dhabi Hotel, Abu Dhabi

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, clean, and neat, but the road view was not as appealing as a park view, especially from the higher floors. Vinod, the Manager of Ginger restaurant, was welcoming. The rooms were of decent size and in immaculate condition.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms that looked even better than the photos. It was a satisfactory stay for me, with good amenities in the wetroom. The service was exceptional, especially Ruben at the Ginger Resto and Mr Allen at the reception desk, who were very hospitable and professional. The location is now redecorated and creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for exploring Abu Dhabi's historical landmarks nearby. The dining experience exceeded expectations in quality but fell short on variety and value. Overall, a pleasant stay with fantastic service and a convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, sleek, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. While I appreciated the well-chosen furniture, I was a bit disappointed that slippers were not provided as basic amenities. The service was exceptional, with the staff, especially Raj and Josielyn, being polite, efficient, and quick to assist with any queries. The location, near Khalifa Park and not far from the airport and Grand Mosque, was convenient, although it felt inadequate to handle the number of guests. The dining experience was rich and complete, although the repetitive spread made it less exciting over time. Facilities were great, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in the Business Park, offering gorgeous and well-equipped rooms ideal for business trips. The staff is friendly and professional, always wearing a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the hotel is far from the city center and close to a noisy airport.
